We process RFQ data to review requests, check supplier routes, prepare quotes or sourcing proposals, handle payment and fulfilment where applicable, create invoices, keep business records, and maintain a commercial audit trail. This includes contact data, company data, delivery data, technical files, communications, quote and payment references.
The legal bases are contract preparation and performance, legitimate interest in operating and documenting the RFQ process, and legal obligations for accounting and tax records.
Recipients may include production suppliers, payment and banking providers, email providers, hosting providers, tax/accounting advisors, and authorities where legally required. Data is not sold.
Business and accounting records are stored for statutory retention periods. Technical RFQ files may be retained while needed for quote, fulfilment, dispute handling, repeat orders, or legal recordkeeping.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing where the GDPR allows it. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority.
If you send a request, we may email you about clarifications, supplier options, quotes, payment, shipment, and invoice documents related to that RFQ.
