The buyer is responsible for the correctness, completeness, intended use, revision status, tolerances, material, machine specification, quantity, delivery address, import/export information where relevant, and all files or specifications supplied with the RFQ. Aquidon does not provide engineering design validation.
Depending on the project, Aquidon may support the purchase directly or coordinate the supplier route. The exact commercial route is agreed case by case before order release.
Supplier ordering, production, or machine reservation starts only after the commercial route is agreed and required payment or written authorization is received. Delivery timing is estimated and depends on final accepted specifications, supplier confirmation, logistics, customs or export checks where relevant, and destination.
Requests with incomplete files, unclear requirements, contractual penalties, or unsuitable risk profile can be declined.
Changes to drawing, revision, material, machine configuration, finish, quantity, destination, or buyer requirements after quote issue require a new review and may change price and delivery time. Cancellation after supplier order release is only possible if the supplier accepts it and may cause costs.
Complaints must be made in writing with photos, delivery documents, and a clear description of the issue. Warranty and defect handling follow mandatory law, but Aquidon RFQ is not responsible for buyer-supplied design errors, unsuitable use, incomplete specifications, or unsupported assumptions.
Liability is limited to foreseeable direct damage caused by breach of essential contractual duties, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. No liability is accepted for indirect commercial losses, lost profit, production downtime, contractual penalties, or consequential damage unless mandatory law requires it.
