Commercial terms

Business customers only. Aquidon RFQ accepts requests from companies and commercial buyers. International requests are reviewed based on destination, documentation, shipping feasibility, and the supplied technical files.

Accepted work. We handle simple custom sheet-metal brackets, adapter plates, backplates, simple covers, and simple bent enclosures. We do not accept welding, assemblies, electronics, regulated parts, safety-critical parts, or open-ended design requests.

Quote validity. Quotes are generally valid for 48 hours unless the offer states otherwise. Material availability and delivery estimates may change before the order is confirmed.

Payment. Payment is required before production starts. Bank transfer details are provided with the quote or invoice.

Technical responsibility. The buyer is responsible for supplying correct drawings, dimensions, tolerances, material requirements, finish requirements, and intended use constraints. Changes after quote acceptance can require a new quote.

Communication. Quote requests and confirmations are handled in writing so the requirements stay clear.
